The App can be used without creating an account. If account-based features appear in the future, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

User Responsibilities

- Do not exceed your limits; listen to your body.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use premium features while your subscription is active.
Trials, Billing & Refunds
Trials convert to paid unless canceled before the end of the trial in your Apple ID settings. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple. For questions about charges or refunds, contact Apple Support.
Intellectual Property
The App, its content, trademarks, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law.
Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to disrupt, hack, or overload the App.
- Using the App for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Infringing on the rights of others.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or our services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
